Title:  Senior Baker - Taguig

Be part of our newly acquired brand from Singapore, Tiong Bahru Bakery.

The Senior Baker is responsible to:

  • The overall in-charge of the store's back of the house.
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks related to the final preparation of bakery products in a fast-paced outlet kitchen environment.
  • Improves existing processes and methods related to BOH operations.
  • Monitor and Manages the inventory levels of bakery finishing supplies, such as icing, glazes, decorations, and packaging materials.
  • Ensure accurate forecast in line with the store's sales volume and send orders for raw materials in a timely manner.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any food & beverage service management related course.
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in the F&B industry.
  • Well versed in hotel Restaurant operations/related industry.
  • Must be up to date with new trends available in the market.
  • Has a passion for Food & Beverage.
  • Able to engage with restaurant guests. 
  • A self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenues.
  • Solution-driven and able to work in a fast paced environment.
