Title:  Management Trainee - BGC, Taguig City

The Management Trainee helps the Restaurant Manager in running the store and achieving targets during the shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily shift operations.
• Monitoring store performance and suggesting improvements.
• Gathering information to support marketing activities and promotions.
• Checking if the store is ready for new products.
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and good store conditions.
• Making sure company standards are followed during the shift.
• Implementing excellent customer service practices.
• Monitoring the performance of service providers and ensuring they meet agreed standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course.
• No work experience required.
