Join Milksha as a Barista and be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to serving quality milk tea and beverages. You will be responsible for beverage preparation, customer service, store cleanliness, inventory support, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Job Description

• Prepare milk tea, fruit teas, coffee, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
• Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Monitor and replenish ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assist with inventory counting, store opening/closing, and daily operations.
• Properly handle and store ingredients to minimize wastage.
• Follow proper tea brewing, pearl preparation, flavor mixing, and drink customization procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High School/Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Service Crew, Cashier, or F&B Staff is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow standard procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.
