Title:  Baker - Makati and Taguig

The Pastry Assistant is responsible for working closely with the pastry chef and other team members to assist in the preparation and production of various pastries, desserts, and baked goods.

  • Assists the pastry chef in finishing activities for bakery products, including but not limited to, icing, glazing, decorating, and packaging.
  • Ensures that the finished products are visually appealing and meet the company's quality standards.
  • Monitors inventory levels of bakery finishing supplies, such as icing, glazes, decorations, and packaging materials.
  • Performs quality checks on finished bakery products to ensure they meet the company's standards in terms of taste, appearance, and freshness.
  • Reports any quality issues to the supervisor for corrective action.



  • College or vocational course graduate, preferably Culinary course.
  • Preferably with experience in pastry or baking.
  • Must have basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Must be familiar with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Must be able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious pastries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
