Title:  Area Manager (North Luzon)

The Area Manager (North Luzon) or Franchise Operations Manager (North Luzon) is responsible for the growth &  development of his/ her trade area in terms of sales, profitability and FSC. He/She is in charge of the development, implementation & control of the business directions for all stores in the area. Directs  and manages  trade  area  to  achieve  the  planned  sales  growth  target, profit  target. Leads  and guides  Restaurant  Managers  and Franchisees  in his/her  area  to  successfully  and profitably operate stores while using and appreciating operating systems, standards, and support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identifies support improvements, participates in projects, conducts performance reviews, and resolves problems.
  • Promotes teamwork among stores in the area to maximize business opportunities.
  • Provides performance coaching to Restaurant Managers and ensures their individual development program achievement.
  • Audits Customer and Merchandising program execution and takes appropriate actions.
  • Manages high FSC attainment by addressing area-wide FSC-related issues and concerns.
  • Cultivates the business skills and knowledge of the Store Team and Franchisees.
  • Drives stores to achieve Market Growth/Share objectives in the area.
  • Ensures consistent adherence to operating systems, procedures, policies, and other SBU & Corporate standards, including government requirements, in all area stores.
  • Enumerates and analyzes area/store sales & profit-building plans.
  • Evaluates the suitability of transferring technology, systems, and programs to stores to support area business plans and assesses their effectiveness.

Education

College graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related course, Behavioral Science and Industrial Engineering courses.

Experience

  • At least 6 years store operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry

Licenses/Certifications/Trainings

Training on advance-level of business strategy development Training on advance-level of profit management and financial analysis related programs

  • Willing to be assigned in other areas/ handle the following areas; Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya

  • Corporate Engineering, Marketing , Human Resource, Network Development Primary nature of interaction: Coordination on store-related concerns and requirements (i.e physical structure, sales-building initiatives, training, development and hiring needs)

External Stakeholders

  • Store Contractors/Suppliers, Lessors, Government Reps: Coordinate/Negotiate district matters. Franchisees: Collaborate for business success and standards compliance.
