Title: Area Manager (Cagayan Valley)
The Area Manager (Cagayan Valley) or Franchise Operations Manager (Cagayan Valley) is responsible for the growth & development of his/ her trade area in terms of sales, profitability and FSC. He/She is in charge of the development, implementation & control of the business directions for all stores in the area. Directs and manages trade area to achieve the planned sales growth target, profit target. Leads and guides Restaurant Managers and Franchisees in his/her area to successfully and profitably operate stores while using and appreciating operating systems, standards, and support.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Lead area growth in sales, profitability, and FSC.
- Develop and implement area-specific business plans aligned with market strategies.
- Conduct trade area scanning, competitor analysis, and local marketing planning.
- Monitor execution of marketing programs and product launches.
Quality & Operational Excellence
- Oversee FSC, GSC, and NPS target achievement.
- Conduct store audits and ensure timely execution of new products.
- Lead QI-Core processes and coach teams on FSC standards.
- Approve renovations and equipment replacements within authority.
Profitability Management
- Ensure NOI target achievement and cost control compliance.
- Conduct FCPC gap analysis and implement cost-efficiency programs.
- Recommend store renovations and manage CAPEX-related decisions.
People Development
- Set expectations, coach RMs, and lead performance assessments.
- Oversee hiring and succession planning.
- Drive team performance, morale, and discipline processes.
Franchise Relations
- Build strong relationships with MDs, GMs, and Franchisees.
- Ensure franchise compliance and support store renovations.
Store Network Development
- Provide trade area analysis and sales forecasts for new/renovated stores.
- Oversee store openings, closures, and ownership changes.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any Business related course.
- At least 6 years store operations management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
- Willing to be assigned in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Nueva Vizcaya.
