Title:  Operations Management Trainee

Operations Manager to ARM3 supports the Restaurant Manager (RM) in achieving the KRA targets through effective management of shift operations. The ARM 3’s responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing and recommending action plans relating to shift ‘s performance in all KRAs. The role also gathers data for marketing program development, provides for marketing support requirements, and implements the suggestive selling program. The ARM 3 checks store preparedness for new products (NP) during the shift. The ARM 3 is tasked to implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans, drive Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) compliance during the shift and provide feedback to function holders when needed. To gauge customer satisfaction, the ARM 3 implements the Alagang Jollibee (AJ) . This Manager monitors the performance of the 3p service provider versus Service Level Agreement (SLA)
