Title:  Transformation Finance Officer

The Transformation Finance Officer is responsible for the following:

 

  • Lead reports and analytics related to transformation efforts.
  • Understands current financial analysis and develops more efficient approaches.
  • Assesses the current state of systems and processes to identify pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Designs more streamlined and value-added go-forward processes.
  • Assists in the management, governance, and quality of master data requirements.
  • Perform regular reviews of the master data for accuracy and timeliness of the related issue.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure process improvements and systems are compliant with company policies and procedures and master data governance.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or any equivalent course.
  • With at least 3–5 years of work experience in Anaplan or model building, business analytics, process improvements, and project management.
  • Knowledgeable with experience in using Anaplan software.
  • Preferably, a CPA or holder of equivalent certification (CIA, CCSA, etc.).
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Must be driven, proactive, and detailed-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid set-up either in Ortigas, Pasig, Canlubang Laguna, or Bicutan, Paranaque.
