Title: Talent Development Officer
The Talent Development Officer will play a key role in implementing learning interventions within assigned business units. This role ensures that programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of employees, fostering growth and enabling them to contribute effectively to organizational success.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and draft annual learning plans and budgets.
- Design and customize learning interventions aligned with global L&D standards.
- Implement classroom and virtual training programs, ensuring an excellent learner experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and learning service partners for effective program delivery.
- Facilitate evaluation of learning interventions and recommend improvements.
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Must have at least three (3) years of work experience, including curriculum design and delivery.
- Possess strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Expertise in instructional design and evaluation of learning programs.
- Proficiency in digital training platforms and multimedia tools.
- Willing to be assigned to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
