Title: Systems Integration Analyst
The Systems Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the execution of Restaurant Systems projects and technology initiatives. This role ensures that all systems, tools, and processes are well-documented, tested, and aligned with operational goals. A key enabler of transformation, the role integrates project management discipline with systems thinking and data-driven decision-making through tools such as Power BI and Power Query.
Project & Program Management

Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.

Develop project plans, trackers, risk logs, and documentation to monitor progress and mitigate risks.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project implementation.
Systems & Process Development

Collaborate in designing, testing, and standardizing store-level systems and tools to improve operational execution.

Facilitate system validations through fieldwork and operational feedback.

Document SOPs, process flows, and system guides for use across teams and stores.
Technology Integration

Partner with IT and vendors to roll out new technologies, evaluate hardware/software solutions, and resolve technical challenges.

Ensure technology initiatives are scalable and aligned with store operations and business strategy.
Data & Insights with Power BI

Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track project health, system adoption, and operational metrics.

Transform raw data into actionable insights using Power BI and Power Query.

Monitor system effectiveness and identify trends or gaps based on data analytics.

Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to support decision-making.
Stakeholder Communication & Enablement

Engage key stakeholders (Ops, BT, QM, Training, etc.) to align systems and project initiatives.

Support training and capability-building efforts through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in project management, systems integration testing, and process improvement.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Willingness to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
