Title:  Systems Integration Analyst

The Systems Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the execution of Restaurant Systems projects and technology initiatives. This role ensures that all systems, tools, and processes are well-documented, tested, and aligned with operational goals. A key enabler of transformation, the role integrates project management discipline with systems thinking and data-driven decision-making through tools such as Power BI and Power Query.

 

Project & Program Management

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.

  • Develop project plans, trackers, risk logs, and documentation to monitor progress and mitigate risks.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project implementation.

 

Systems & Process Development

  • Collaborate in designing, testing, and standardizing store-level systems and tools to improve operational execution.

  • Facilitate system validations through fieldwork and operational feedback.

  • Document SOPs, process flows, and system guides for use across teams and stores.

 

Technology Integration

  • Partner with IT and vendors to roll out new technologies, evaluate hardware/software solutions, and resolve technical challenges.

  • Ensure technology initiatives are scalable and aligned with store operations and business strategy.

 

Data & Insights with Power BI

  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track project health, system adoption, and operational metrics.

  • Transform raw data into actionable insights using Power BI and Power Query.

  • Monitor system effectiveness and identify trends or gaps based on data analytics.

  • Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership to support decision-making.

 

Stakeholder Communication & Enablement

  • Engage key stakeholders (Ops, BT, QM, Training, etc.) to align systems and project initiatives.

  • Support training and capability-building efforts through documentation and knowledge sharing.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, systems integration testing, and process improvement.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
