Title: Systems Analyst (SAP SF)
The Systems Analyst (SAP SF) will be responsible for the following:
- Handle implementation and support of critical business systems, with specific focus on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Assess business requirement and provide overall effort estimate for enhancements and projects on the assigned module.
- Provide required documentation to support a change (Functional Specification, Configuration document, Test Scripts, others).
- Perform Unit Testing/System Integration/Regression testing.
- Facilitate UAT with business users.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to AMS 3P Support.
- Participate in the hypercare support during post project Go Live.
- Work with vendors on project delivery, enhancement and issues resolution.
- Provide response to the day to day queries of end users.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, or any related courses.
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in implementation and configuration of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- With experience in performing fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and training.
- With experience in creating documentation like blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides and process flows.
- With experience managing and handling vendor deliverables for both projects and BAU.
- With experience on integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM as well as with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
- With experience on any of the following functionalities of SAP HCM - OM, PA, Timekeeping, Payroll, ESS, MSS.
- With experience on any of the following functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitement, Onboarding, Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, SPCDP, Compensation.
- With experience using test management tools such as qtest is a plus.
- SAP Certification is an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
