Title:  Systems Analyst (SAP SF)

The Systems Analyst (SAP SF) will be responsible for the following:

  • Handle implementation and support of critical business systems, with specific focus on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Assess business requirement and provide overall effort estimate for enhancements and projects on the assigned module.
  • Provide required documentation to support a change (Functional Specification, Configuration document, Test Scripts, others).
  • Perform Unit Testing/System Integration/Regression testing.
  • Facilitate UAT with business users.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to AMS 3P Support.
  • Participate in the hypercare support during post project Go Live.
  • Work with vendors on project delivery, enhancement and issues resolution.
  • Provide response to the day to day queries of end users.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, or any related courses.
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in implementation and configuration of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • With experience in performing fit-gap analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, testing and training.
  • With experience in creating documentation like blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides and process flows.
  • With experience managing and handling vendor deliverables for both projects and BAU.
  • With experience on integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM as well as with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • With experience on any of the following functionalities of SAP HCM - OM, PA, Timekeeping, Payroll, ESS, MSS.
  • With experience on any of the following functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitement, Onboarding, Employee Central, PMGM, LMS, SPCDP, Compensation.
  • With experience using test management tools such as qtest is a plus.
  • SAP Certification is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
