Systems Integration Analyst
The Systems Integration Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the execution of Restaurant Systems projects and technology initiatives. This role ensures that all systems, tools, and processes are well-documented, tested, and aligned with operational goals. A key enabler of transformation, the role integrates project management discipline with systems thinking, test management, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met.
- Develop project plans, trackers, risk logs, and documentation to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project implementation.
Systems Design, Integration & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate in designing, testing, and standardizing store-level systems and tools to enhance operational execution.
- Partner with IT and vendors to roll out new technologies, evaluate hardware/software solutions, and address technical issues.
- Ensure all technology initiatives are scalable and aligned with store operations and strategic goals.
- Plan, design, and execute system integration tests, UAT, and regression testing across multiple platforms.
- Identify, document, and resolve system defects; coordinate with BT, QA, and store teams to validate functionality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, process flows, test scripts, and traceability matrices to support consistent implementation and system reliability.
Stakeholder Communication & Enablement
- Engage key stakeholders (Ops, BT, QM, Training, etc.) to align systems and project initiatives.
- Support training and capability-building efforts through documentation, demos, and knowledge sharing.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, system testing (integration and UAT), and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and quality assurance skills.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and defect resolution.
- Willingness to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
