Title:  Sr. Recruitment Specialist

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will help identify the appropriate sourcing strategy needed to be executed depending on the role requirements of the business or stakeholders. The Specialist will also be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates within the agreed SLA.

  • Work with the Sourcing Manager to create and identify sourcing solutions to help address the talent gap
  • Ensure that all programs under the assigned channel are monitored and measured to ensure applicability based on the current needs of the business
  • Manage the assigned sourcing channel and ensure a steady flow of talents
  • Find the right talent through the use of different sourcing channels
  • Ensure fulfillment of requirements within the agreed SLA


  • College Graduate of Human Resources or Psychology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sourcing and Recruitment for Corporate or volume roles
  • Proficient in using different sourcing channels (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms, etc)
  • Experience in managing sourcing programs (from initiation/ ideation/ conceptualization, defining measure of success, and execution)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
