Title:  Senior Sustainability Manager

JFC’s Senior Sustainability Manager is responsible for the following:

Sustainability Report Development

• Lead development and improvement of the annual Sustainability Report.
• Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sustainability goals.
• Manage relationships with external consultants.
• Facilitate communication between consultants and internal teams.
• Implement existing initiatives like global report kick-off and reporting clinics.
• Develop new initiatives to enhance understanding of reporting requirements.
• Evaluate and improve reporting systems for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Support for Sustainability Strategies

• Assist the Sustainability Director in advancing sustainability strategies and programs.
• Engage with global teams to align on sustainability goals.
• Ensure consistent implementation of best practices across regions.

JOB QUALIFCATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Sustainabiliity, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in managing relationships with external consultants to ensure timely and effective completion of sustainability projects and reports.
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid set-up).
