Title:  Senior Recruitment Specialist

The Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible in overall operations of Hiring, specific to assigned account. This role manages service delivery of his/her team, including development and evaluation of effective recruitment process. This role also conducts Account Management on a regular basis to continuously identify current and or potential gaps, and be able to recommend and implement appropriate action to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds quality relationship with internal customers such as the HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and or Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges and appropriate action to be able to deliver required service from the team.

  • Implements strategies to ensure attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units both in areas of Timeliness and Quality.

  • Ensures documentation of the processes and status of applicants; identifies gaps and improvements in the staffing process.

  • Coordination of interview schedule with the hiring managers and ensures candidates are guided through the process.

  • Job Offer preparation and discussion for assigned accounts.
     

Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.

  • At least 3-5 years of actual work experience in end to end Staffing/ Recruitment process.

  • Experience in Account Management is required for the role.

  • Experience in interviewing and selection techniques.

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

  • Exposure in recruitment analytics is an advantage.

  • With hands on experience in online recruitment platforms.

  • Has good decision making skills.

  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid work set-up).
