Title: Senior Process Manager
The Senior Process Manager is responsible to integrate and formulate processes that build new and renovated stores fast and accurately according to the standards.
Provide innovative solutions by adapting technology to achieve higher levels of systems excellence and store efficiency. He/She also provides strong leadership to manage the section/unit effectively.
The position also requires strong partnership with cross-functional groups, strong communication, and influence skills in driving projects and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities

Conceptualize/plan the short-term and long-term development projects on store systems and procedures. Review and update the plan (with objectives, action plan, and timetable) on a monthly basis, and report updates to the superior on a weekly basis or as often as needed.

Develop, review, and approve store systems, procedures, and standards. Ensure the completeness of the operating and implementing guidelines for system-wide application.

Review and recommend systems and procedures to assist store operations to conform to Food, Service, Cleanliness Standards (FSC), government regulations on food & hygiene, and other requirements.

Initiate projects and recommend action plans in improving store profitability such as asset optimization, manpower planning, above restaurant systems, store modeling, new store opening, and new renovation opening end-to-end process.

Design and develop the store systems and coordinate with the operations training group for the development and cascade of training programs.

Collaborate with Marketing, Network Development Group, and other relevant Business Units on improving/refining work processes, programs, new stores, and renovation opening readiness and timely launches for execution in the store.

Ensure implementation of Restaurant Systems(RS) responsibilities in the network development process (NDP), specifically review of layouts, preparation of systems list, coordination with suppliers, project engineers, and store opening team.

Conduct thorough feasibility studies for RS organization's initiatives, encompassing business objectives, costs, benefits, threats/opportunities, technical, operational, marketing, and environmental feasibility.

Effectively manage key projects by following project management processes from exploration to post-evaluation, working with teams or workgroups, and demonstrating effective communication and integration skills for each project assignment.

Facilitate a healthy and effective feedback culture for the unit, department, and cross-functional teams.

Lead in developing continuous improvement programs for existing systems, tools, and processes through constant store visits, contextual interviews, systems data validation, feedback systems, and competitive analysis to drive operating cost improvement.

Lead the section or unit in developing tools and processes that integrate cross-functional requirements to drive strategic business decisions.

Review and approve projects before release to concerned Mancom members for final approval to ensure accuracy of information, financial feasibility, capacity fit, and alignment with the organization’s business directions.

Supervise the RS unit and effectively communicate cascaded directions from RS and Organizational Leadership Team. Ensure effective execution of the direction and its required tasks in a timely manner.

Support business case reviews and situational crises through problem-solution analysis, fact-finding techniques, and scenario planning that will drive a structured business decision process.
Qualifications
Education

College graduate with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar course.
Experience
-
Essential: At least 6 to 8 years of work experience in food service operations, QSR, and at least 5 years as a people/project manager.

Desirable: At least 10 years of work experience in food service operations and/or QSR, and at least 8-10 years as a people/project manager.
