Title: Senior Platform Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of data-centric applications, optimizing front-end and back-end components.
- Guide and collaborate with vendors to ensure technical and functional excellence in application implementations.
- Craft intuitive user interfaces for diverse user personas, simplifying complex data interactions.
- Develop robust and scalable business logic layers within the application suite.
- Design and manage efficient data flow, ensuring system integrity.
- Contribute to architectural blueprints, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the project's technical landscape.
- Seamlessly integrate applications and middleware for a cohesive ecosystem.
- Champion agile methodologies, including microservices architecture, to promote adaptive planning and continuous improvement.
- Encourage experimentation with new technologies to solve complex problems.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring development teams, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors.
- Quickly adapt and learn new digital technologies, facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Distill complex technical ideas into clear concepts for diverse audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of full-stack development experience, demonstrated in a portfolio.
- Mastery of multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python, React.js, Angular, Express, Django).
- Deep understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge in constructing and managing data pipelines, big data tools, and ETL processes.
- Strong awareness of security best practices and data protection standards.
