Title:  Senior Media Manager

The Senior Media Manager oversees and directs overall media planning, buying, and media processes for JFC's North America BUs.

  • He/she ensures that JFC's Global Media Discipline and Framework are adopted and customized as necessary for NA.
  • The Media Senior Manager converts the Marketing Brief into a Media Brief to provide agencies with a better understanding of the objectives and desired outcomes.
  • He/she co-develops planning strategies with the media agency and ensures their implementation across different SBUs through the Corporate Media Team and agency.
  • He/she also manages media buying targets and strategies and implements robust, audit-compliant processes that are advantageous to the company.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of marketing or any related course.

  • At least the specified number of years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • At least 5 years of experience in media and at least 1 year of experience working with North America media.
    • Operations/agency service lead for key vendor platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), with at least 1 year of experience working in the North America market.
    • Research manager of a multinational consumer goods company (5 years) with at least 1 year of experience in the North America market.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to develop frameworks, envision and formulate strategies, identify issues, determine alternative courses of action, and chart the best course forward.

  • Amenable to working North America time zones.

  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
