Title:  Senior Marketing Program Manager

The Senior Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for brand and design-led initiatives, projects, and programs. We expect the candidate to have a natural curiosity and the ability to synthesize and respond to an ever-changing and highly competitive marketplace. 

 

Strategic Program Management and Leadership 

  • Assess, manage, and create planning processes, resources, and risk, ensuring timely delivery while communicating both the strategic and financial impact and outcomes of programs. 

  • Supervise and coordinate the alignment of activities and deliverables of contributors and stakeholders, both internally and externally involved in the program. 

  • Establish, onboard, and introduce new processes and systems to support program management internally and externally. 

  • Ensure projects are established on financially sound foundations, following company processes and being financially managed throughout the process. 

 

Change Management 

  • Create new methods and/or evolve existing processes to monitor the progress of the team’s and organization’s initiatives, projects, and programs in their strategic plans while improving efficiency. 

  • Prepare reports and update immediate teams and other stakeholders about the initiatives, projects, and programs. 

  • Proactively resolve issues with management and stakeholders using creative and analytical skills. 

  • Confirm successful delivery at the program’s completion through clear and thoughtful analysis and reporting. 

 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Develop and seek out strong and strategic relationships with team members, vendors, and partners to support the organization’s initiatives, projects, and programs. 

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of all parties involved in the program. 

  • Work independently, with an agile and proactive approach to resolving challenges, anticipating potential conflicts, and seizing opportunities to enhance collaboration in achieving program management goals. 

  • Develop and/or introduce best practices and ways of working for program management and communication flow to maximize efficiency and minimize complexity. 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduate of Graphics, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia, or Communications. 

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of working experience in leadership roles within a design or brand agency. 

  • Proficiency in project and program management tools and software for communication, tracking, and reporting, such as Asana, MS Project, and Smartsheet. 

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar/equivalent certifications is a plus. 

  • Design thinking practice training and/or certifications (IDEOU, LUMA) is a plus. 

  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
