Title: Senior Manager, Global Talent Management
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager for Global Talent Management is responsible for designing and implementing talent management programs and processes to create a sustainable organization that develops the next generation of leadership. These include but are not limited to performance management, career management, succession management, and leadership development, which includes the design of learning frameworks and experiences. The GTM Senior Manager executes and measures the effectiveness of these programs in partnership with other Talent and HR teams, as well as business leaders, and manages the related HR systems used to administer, track, and evaluate the said programs and processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and administration of talent management programs, systems, and learning experiences according to defined strategies and plans, including creating and delivering key deliverables, reports, communications, references and materials, and other support resources; and evaluating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of existing programs and processes in support of organizational goals and the employee experience. These include:
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Manage the end-to-end administration of the annual performance management system and collaborate with stakeholders on the effective and timely implementation of each milestone of the process

Develop tools and processes to enhance implementation and support to business leaders, HR partners, and employees

Safeguard the standards and principles of the Jollibee Group PMS and its related processes, ensuring that it is implemented consistently and in accordance with the policy

Manage the database, system, or technology to generate reports and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the process
CAREER MANAGEMENT
Implement career management frameworks and processes that support employee growth and development in alignment with the organization’s capability requirements, including:

Competency Management

Support the development of the Jollibee Group capability framework and required competencies in partnership with functional sponsors, including the design and execution of competency assessment tools

Work with HR partners to align competency-based processes with the organization’s competency model
-
Maintain the leadership and technical competency models of the organization for knowledge management and continuous evaluation and improvement

Career Path Development and Management

Support the creation of career paths/tracks in partnership with other HR Teams to guide talent in their employee progression and individual development plans

Design and develop tools and materials to facilitate implementation

Talent Mobility
-
Aid in the creation of talent mobility processes, policies, and tools to drive implementation across the organization

Ensure that principles and standards are embedded in talent mobility programs and applied in talent decisions

SUCCESSION MANAGEMENT

Support succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical and leadership roles, including methods and tools to identify key talents and potential successors

Support talent review processes to enable accurate talent assessments, readiness for advancement, and implementation of action plans

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and inform strategic workforce planning and development strategies to facilitate organizational sustainability and talent development
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Participate in the design and implementation of initiatives that promote and enable the development of leaders that embody the Jollibee Group’s Leadership Brand, Inspire Joy, such as:

Building awareness and understanding of the Inspire Joy behaviors

Assessment of leaders’ demonstration of the behaviors and support to development planning

Design and development of learning frameworks and experiences that nurture high-potential talent and future leaders in partnership with the Jollibee Group University
TALENT DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

Maintain and ensure accuracy of the overall Talent Database, e.g., performance data, succession data; maintain database results by setting and enforcing standards and controls

Develop and support analytics across all Talent Management areas to provide meaningful insights that evaluate the implementation of talent strategies across the organization and drive talent decisions

Monitor and evaluate the success of talent management processes and recommend process enhancements
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management, or business-related courses
Experience:
-
Comprehensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management programs and processes, particularly in the following areas: Performance Management, Career Management, Succession Management, or Leadership Development

Experience working across multiple client groups and/or geographies
-
Proven program management skills and strong orientation towards the employee experience, with demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous global projects, initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships

Strong background in HR business partnering, a plus

Preferably with experience in Talent Data and System Management
