Title:  Senior Manager, Employer Branding and Internal Communications

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Employer Branding and Internal Communications Senior Manager governs, strategizes, and leads the development and execution of global employer branding and internal communications strategies and efforts in the Jollibee Group. By driving understanding and appreciation of organizational priorities and cultural principles, the Global Employer Branding and Internal Communications Senior Manager facilitates and supports the creation of a joyful employee experience and cultivates a culture that aligns and motivates talent to work towards our common organizational goals.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Develops and executes the Jollibee Group employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain talent

  • Creates content to showcase our joyful culture anchored on our Employer Value Proposition and in a manner that resonates mentally and emotionally, thereby deepening engagement with the organization

  • Collaborates with our HR and communications partners to ensure that localized content is anchored on employer branding standards and strategies

  • Manages and enhances our presence on various employer branding platforms

  • Identifies opportunities for global recognition through institutions and external governing bodies

  • Leads the activities related to Employer-of-Choice initiatives and other external recognition activities

  • Institutionalizes employee advocacy/ambassador efforts

 

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Defines policies, standards, guidelines, tools, and templates related to internal communications in the Jollibee Group in accordance with the EVP

  • Governs how messages are communicated and cascaded in the organization to ensure consistency and alignment of internal communications across functions and regions

  • Ensures effective dissemination of information through appropriate media (print, intranet, email, social networks, town halls, face-to-face events, etc.); creates and manages content in accordance with defined policies and standards

  • Defines strategies and policies related to the introduction, use, and management of messaging technologies and channels

  • Fosters a culture of open communication and learning by providing opportunities for employees to create, collaborate, and share content and ideas with one another

  • Offers strategic counsel and provides executive writing support as needed, and prepares communication materials for a wide variety of internal audiences

  • Establishes metrics to assess effectiveness of communication efforts, methods, and media, and assesses how these contribute to productivity, engagement, and individual and company performance; leads the definition of solutions and improvements for issues surfaced through these analyses

  • Enables and facilitates change management initiatives through the creation and implementation of communication plans

  • Leads the communications activities for employer- or employee-related crisis situations in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, and ensures that employees are properly informed of relevant incidents and how to address them

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, psychology, human resource management, or business-related courses

  • Master’s degree in related field, a plus

 

Experience:

  • Broad and progressive communications, change management, employee experience and employer branding experience

  • Experience working across multiple client groups and/or geographies

  • Proven program management skills and strong orientation towards the employee experience, with demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous global projects, initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships

  • With strong background in HR business partnering a plus
