Title:  Senior Graphics Design Manager

The Senior Graphics Design Manager will guide, create, design, and develop creative solutions, proactively responding to market demands and brand-led initiatives, projects, and programs. The role will be responsible for the creation, standardization, and guardianship of strategic principles, creative designs, and production assets to support brand-led initiatives, projects, and programs, including the development of branding, brand, and customer-facing communications. 

 

Creative Leadership 

  • Responsible for a diverse range of brand visual identity assets across a portfolio of brands—expressed through multiple customer touchpoints, from product promotions to packaging, menu board design to social media. 

  • Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing executions. 

  • Take a strong design stance, challenge the status quo, and suggest constant design improvements in art direction and execution. 

  • Deliver innovative direction and concepts that inspire the teams and stakeholders to deliver forward-thinking, creative ideas both conceptually and technically. 

  • Work closely with and support the marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and create creative content aligned with the brand image. 

 

Clear Visual Communication 

  • Responsible for working with internal and external resources to develop visually compelling creative assets for a variety of brands. 

  • Deliver impactful and thoughtful presentations that clearly articulate strategies and direction. 

  • Responsible for overseeing the development of a diverse range of brand creative assets for a variety of brands. 

  • Communicate and collaborate closely with internal parties on design execution details and the creative process. 

 

Diverse Creative Brand Expressions 

  • From hand-crafted typography to social media feeds, demonstrate the ability to investigate and develop a range of creative brand expressions. 

  • Passionate about design, with a keen interest in learning, understanding, and exploring forthcoming brand trends and art direction. 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduate of Graphic, Web, or Multimedia Design, Creative Media, or other related design courses. 

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of working experience in leadership roles in Graphic Design or Advertising. 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. 

  • Internet-savvy, with a keen interest in internet marketing and social media. 

  • Design thinking practice certifications (IDEOU, LUMA) would be a plus. 

  • Willing to be assigned to Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
