Title: Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager effectively manages product margins and pricing strategies, and delivers insights into product performance and provides recommendations that will drive informed business decisions to achieve over all business objectives of the organization. The position also plays a critical role in financial governance, advisory and controls that will drive sound financial decisions to maximize revenue, gain efficiencies and ensure compliance to policies.
SBU GP Management
- Manages overall theoretical or standard Food Cost and Paper Cost reporting and analysis, including system and control based on financial objectives and benchmarking on global QSR companies
- Leads planning discipline and develops rolling GP plan at multiple time horizons, and aligns GP plan with SBU financial outlook.
- Drives continuous process improvement and system simplification to increase efficiency and productivity.
Product Profit Management
- Establishes pricing strategies and principles covering product cost, transfer price and freight rate across business segments that will sustain long term profit growth.
- Works with Supply Chain Finance and Purchasing in formulating cost management plans that will mitigate financial impact of various economic factors.
- Collaborates with Marketing and Demand Management Team, incorporates forecast and recommends product and sales mix to achieve overall SBU profit margin targets.
- Drives continuous process improvement and system simplification to address business issues and opportunities and makes recommendations for future actions.
Financial Modeling
- Develops business scenarios to build profit strategies to support rolling profit margin plans and recommends best course of action for better returns.
- Designs tools and templates to support ease in simulating scenarios supporting topline and profit strategies.
Financial Advisory: Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain
- Supports and collaborates with SBU Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain Finance on cost benefit analysis reports.
- Represents Finance in cross functional work groups that will drive SBU profit margin improvements.
- Builds productive partnerships with functional teams that have a critical impact on product performance.
- Collaborates with SBU Marketing and Demand Management in product target preparation and completion
- Provides sound financial insights and advice to SBU Marketing to support their strategic and tactical decisions
- Ensures timely delivery of regular report requirements of SBU Marketing.
- Advances the level of knowledge and understanding of product reporting and analytics in the Marketing team through trainings and other instructional activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree in Accountancy or any Business-related Course, CPA is an advantage
Experience: At least 4 years experience in management accounting or in related field of discipline, strong track record of business or commercial accounting, multi-disciplinary function
