Title:  Senior Buyer (IT)

The Senior Buyer Will Support The Category Manager By Contributing To The Category Sourcing Strategies And Ensuring Alignment With Jollibee Foods Corporation’s (JFC) Procurement Policies And Procedures. This Includes
 

  • Identifying stakeholder requirements and execution of category plans

  • Supply base optimization, market knowledge assimilation, analysis and application

  • Managing the supplier lifecycle – accreditation, onboarding, performance and phase out

  • Ensuring local sourcing practices and processes conform to overall procurement policies

  • Suggesting and working with the procurement leadership team to establish, process improvements, contributing to implementation and adherence on-site

  • Partnering with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders 

Job Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in relevant field

  • For senior buyer: At least 2 years of professional experience and demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain

  • Prior exposure to category management, procurement or an engineering or operational environment is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated success in supporting a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.

  • Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications will be an advantage

  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
