Title:  Senior Buyer (Construction)

The Senior Buyer - Construction will support the Category Manager by contributing to the category sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with the Jollibee Group's procurement policies and procedures. This includes:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to identify requirements and execute category plans.
• Optimizes the supply base by leveraging market insights and applying strategic analysis.
• Manages the full supplier lifecycle: accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase-out.
• Ensures local sourcing practices align with overarching procurement policies.
• Recommends and supports process improvements in collaboration with procurement leadership, ensuring effective on-site implementation.
• Partners with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and value creation.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or similar courses.
• Possesses at least two (2) years of professional experience in construction procurement, with exposure to the food value chain.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in construction procurement, particularly in bidding and awarding of projects.
• Familiar with category management and operational or engineering environments, with a strong understanding of procurement processes.
• Exhibits excellent communication and presentation skills, complemented by solid project management and analytical capabilities.
• Certifications or affiliations in procurement and supply chain are considered an advantage.
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally as required by the role.
• Open to a hybrid work setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
