Title:  SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Manager

The SAP SD Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the implementation and support of critical business systems, focusing on the SAP Sales & Distribution module.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide accurate effort estimates for enhancements and projects within the SD module.
  • Produce necessary documentation to support changes, including Functional Specifications, Configuration documents, and Test Scripts.
  • Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing; facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to third-party Application Management Services (AMS) support teams.
  • Actively participate in hypercare support activities post Go Live to resolve any system issues.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure successful project delivery, manage enhancements, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Address day-to-day queries and issues from end-users related to SAP SD functionalities.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
  • Proficient in performing fit-gap analysis, system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and training within SAP SD.
  • Skilled in creating comprehensive documentation including blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and process flows.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing vendor deliverables for both projects and Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
  • Familiarity with integrating SAP SD with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Expertise in key SAP SD functionalities: Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Shipment, Shipment Costs, and STO Process.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Qtest is a plus.
  • SAP ECC SD certification is advantageous.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
