Title: Retail Marketing Officer
The Retail Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic, increase sales, and strengthen brand presence across all retail channels.
This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of comprehensive retail marketing strategies that align with brand goals and sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for promotional activities, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, digital marketing (social media, email etc.), print advertising, and events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, brand, e-commerce) to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must a have bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Retail Marketing Officer, Marketing Executive, or in a similar marketing role, preferably within a retail environment.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Ability to develop original and compelling marketing concepts and campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A team player with strong interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid working set-up).
- Strong understanding of retail business operations and how marketing impacts sales and profitability.
