Title: Retail Marketing Officer
The Retail Marketing Officer will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical retail design and content adaptation plans for the business unit.
Support Store Design Development & Governance
- Analyze store efforts and provide recommendations.
- Assist in strategic development and execution of store design models.
- Lead specific workstreams (e.g., menu board evolution, impulse take-out design).
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing & Operations for actionable insights.
Own & Lead Content Adaptation of Marketing Activities/Promos
- Develop omnichannel content and in-store merchandising from briefs to deployment.
- Work with creative agencies to adapt design playbooks for marketing activities.
- Assist in briefing, validating, and producing digital content materials.
- Ensure seamless execution of merchandising materials in stores.
Partner with Marketing Units for Excellent BU Operations
- Build and track a database of marketing assets for efficiency and cost-savings.
- Monitor Total A&P spend and communicate overspend/cash availability.
- Track marketing key performance results and provide insights for execution and content adaptation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Multimedia Design, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital content asset production and brand building preferably within the premise of the store/branch.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
- Able and willing to conduct fieldwork as needed.
