Title:  Retail Marketing Manager

The Retail Marketing Manager lead is one of the major drivers in allowing the business unit to fulfill its vision of consistently bringing to life joyful onmni-channel experiences to our customers every single day and is responsible of the following:

Strategic Store Design Development & Governance

  • Develop and implement store design strategies from customer insights to design trends.
  • Ensure alignment with brand equity and cost analysis.
  • Safeguard store model design with JFC’s Design Center.
  • Act as BU Marketing point person for the store development board.

Omnichannel Content Adaptation & Agency Management

  • Central hub for content development and adaptation.
  • Lead production through agency partners for various content types.
  • Manage adaptation agencies for cost-efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Explore new production technologies for content innovation.
  • Act as BU Marketing point person for Digital Asset Management.

Merchandising Management

  • Track and ensure smooth deployment of merchandise requirements across all stores.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support by the omnichannel content Assistant Manager.
  • Develop, learn, and enhance the performance of reporting talent.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in multimedia design or production.
  • At least 5 years of experience in store design and merchandising.
    • Digital content asset production is a plus
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid working set-up)
