Title:  Research and Development Manager

R&D Manager to handle Chicken Category for EMEAA. The role covers supplier/toller accreditation and audit, Commissary support, product technology transfer, product and process improvement, store operating procedures development, Supply Chain Support through development and/or localization of alternative and sustainable food and packaging materials specific to the chicken category, GS program support through monitoring, conduct of training/refresher sessions and regulatory compliance of the category. 

The position also collaborates and aligns with Jollibee PH R&D and other related Support Functions for proper execution of product-related projects in the country, set-up of product and quality standards, and cost optimization for store and manufacturing efficiencies.
