Title:  Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate is responsible for:

  • Building quality relationships with internal customers such as HR Business Partners/Managers, Department Managers, and Division Heads to understand requirements, anticipate potential challenges, and identify appropriate actions to deliver the required service.
  • Implementing strategies to achieve the hiring goals of the Business Units, focusing on both timeliness and quality.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of recruitment processes and applicant statuses, while identifying gaps and recommending improvements in the staffing process.
  • Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and ensuring candidates are properly guided throughout the recruitment process.
  • Preparing and discussing job offers for assigned accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral Science Courses.
  • At least two to four years of actual work experience as a Staffing Specialist.
  • Has good decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Apps such as Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication.
  • Must be willing to work in a Hybrid work set-up.
  • Must be willing to be based in Ortigas.
