Title:  Real Estate Specialist (EMEAA)

The Real Estate Specialist (EMEAA) is responsible for assisting and supporting the Network Development Group in executing the division’s business goals and daily tasks. The role primarily involves monitoring the store network development process, managing NDG-related documentation, and maintaining relevant databases to ensure the efficient delivery of objectives.

 

Primary Responsibility:

Store Network Development Monitoring

  • Tracks and updates the progress of store development projects.

  • Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines.

  • Prepares reports and summaries on store development milestones, delays, and key updates.

Documentation Management

  • Maintains accurate and organized records of NDG-related documents.

  • Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in document handling.

  • Assists in preparing, reviewing, and processing necessary NDG-related paperwork.

Database Monitoring and Management

  • Maintains and updates NDG-related databases with relevant information.

  • Ensures accuracy and consistency of data across all NDG tracking systems.

  • Generates reports and insights to support decision-making.

  • Ensures complete, accurate, and updated database of the following reports:

    • Cluster Mapping Reports

    • Trade Area Mapping Reports

    • Site Mapping Reports

    • Rental Database Management

    • Store Database

    • Competitor Database

    • Socio-economic Research / Consumer Profiles

    • Others relevant data

    • Creates new database as needed.

    • Files, monitors, updates, and keeps in order T.A. folders in the shared library.

Market / Country Site Research

  • Conducts due diligence or site market research for new territories with planned EMEAA entry.

  • Conducts site market research for existing territories based on country or area development.

  • Conducts general market research for global trends in both real estate and QSR fields.

Administrative and Operational Support

  • Consolidates reports such as the monthly business review and prepares internal and external communications as required by the NDG Head.

  • Assists in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics for NDG-related activities.

  • Supports communication and coordination between different teams and stakeholders.

  • Safekeeps pertinent documents and secures their confidentiality.

  • Ensures the completeness of travel documents of the NDG Team, including but not limited to visa, travel documents, flight and hotel bookings, and business travel certificates.

  • Provides logistical support for efficient on-field and in-office RE operations, including database and tool innovation, project monitoring system, and hard tools such as camera, digital measuring tool, and global positioning system (GPS).

  • Handles other administrative duties as needed to support the NDG Group.

  • Oversees and maintains budget preparation and expense monitoring.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or real estate development is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management tools.

  • Knowledge of SAP system (preferred).

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with legal contracts/documents (preferred).

  • Familiarity with property-related businesses (preferred).

  • Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
