Title: Real Estate Assistant
The Real Estate Assistant is responsible in assisting and supporting the Real Estate Group in the delivery of the division’s daily tasks, primarily in the monitoring of documents and completion of database which are significant in the Real Estate process.
Database Management

Ensures complete, accurate and updated lease database and other RE related data management platform.

Creates new database as needed. Responsibility No. 3: Files, monitors, update and keep-in-order T.A. folders in the Library.
Lease Documentation

Ensures timely assistance to REOs and LMOs in the preparation, routing, signing and filing of all lease related documentation such as lease renewals, DOA, contracts of new leases and others.
Administrative Efficiency

Ensures timely scheduling of meetings and complete logistical requirements.

Ensures that department supplies are complete. Responsibility No. 3: Consolidates data for reports/ Preparation of reports

Safekeeps pertinent documents essential to the Division.
Lessor Relationship Management

Acts as a liaison to Lessor for lease-related matter in cases when REO/REM and REHs are not available.

Ensures that lessor-related matters such as supplier set-up, check requests, etc are properly handled.

Harmonious partnership with lessors.

Minimize conflict that may arise in the future.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or any Finance-related course.

At least one year of work experience in records management and business/network development process documentation.

Exposure to the real estate field is an advantage.

Familiarity with legal contracts/documents is preferred.

Familiarity with property-related businesses is preferred.

Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written).

Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
