Title:  Quality Management Assistant Manager

The Quality Management Assistant Manager is responsible for:

SC Audit

  • Conduct of Supply Chain QMS audit in commissaries, distribution centers, and external suppliers

Audit Management

  • Coordination with Jollibee Group Supply Chain regarding audit details
  • Creation and communication of the QM Supply Chain audit deployment plan to auditors
  • Management of feedback/evaluation received from auditees
  • Review of audit reports and auditor accuracy

Account Management

  • Driving compliance of Jollibee Group commissaries, depots, and/or external suppliers with established Quality and Food Safety Systems through the following:
    • Validation of Corrective Action / Preventive Action plans submitted and implemented
    • Management of incidents (i.e. delivery rejections, customer & in-store complaints, product recall, among others) through monitoring, investigation, and coaching
  • Development of programs/projects to elevate the account’s quality and food safety systems through coaching and review
  • Collaboration with other support groups and BUs to elevate the quality system of the Supply Chain

Design and Development

  • Development of Jollibee Group Supply Chain Quality & Food Safety Management Systems based on best-in-class systems applied and implemented by various companies
  • Development and implementation of programs and monitoring tools to ensure Quality and Food Safety of the whole Jollibee Group Supply Chain
  • Monitor project development, adherence to timelines, budgets, and other performance standards

Training and Competency

  • Conduct of trainings and orientations on QMS
  • Conduct of audit calibration and alignment to ensure auditor competency and accuracy

Quality Performance and Improvement

  • Creation of database for QM Supply Chain
  • Collection, summarization, and preparation of reports on Supply Chain information
  • Initiation of process improvements with SBUs and Corporate functional groups based on analyzed data

Others

  • Perform other duties and functions related to Quality Management as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or other food science-related courses. 
  • With at least 5 years food manufacturing experience and knowledge in QA, QMS and Supplier Audit.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, quality standards, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for supplier and cross-functional coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to product and process quality.
  • Mut be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
