Title:  Project Scheduler

The Project Scheduler applies principles, practices and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost and performance risks to ensure that all SBU network development requirements are achieved. This position is responsible for all New Stores and Renovation projects for all brands.

Project Management
 

  • Closely coordinates with members from Country Real Estate, Planning and Design, Construction Management, Purchasing and RBUs on status of New and Renovation projects.
  • Provides a Weekly Look-ahead across all functional teams to serve as guidance in portfolio management.
  • Tracks progress and reviews project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
  • Assesses project issues, conducts problem analysis, co-develops and recommends solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Proactively communicates project status, issues and escalates potential risks to all stakeholders.
  • Performs time and cost impact analysis whenever necessary.
     

SNDP Guidelines Communication and Maintenance
 

  • Facilitates the definition of the RNDP guidelines and parameters between functional units.
  • Liaises with NDG on development and updating of policies and guidelines for SNDP
  • Functions as the guardian of the RNDP and ensures that modifications and updates are appropriately implemented.
  • Maintains all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed.
     

Client and Stakeholder Management
 

  • Develops and maintains good relationships with SBU counterparts as well as project team members.
  • Ensures that all client requirements are appropriately captured during the implementation of the projects.
  • Captures changes and revisions on the plans and business decisions and facilitates alignment across team members during the lifecycle of the project.
     

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or related course.
  • Must be a licensed Engineer.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in project management
  • Has background in end-to-end Design to Construction process.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
