Program Manager – CSR, Communications, and Engagement (CCE)
The Program Manager for CSR, Communications, and Engagement (CCE) leads the implementation of the Foundation’s communications, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives to strengthen institutional visibility, partnerships, and impact.
Working closely with the Director, the role oversees the CCE team and ensures coordinated execution of communications campaigns, advocacy initiatives, CSR engagement activities, and partnership development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications

Lead the implementation of communications initiatives across platforms and programs

Ensure consistent institutional messaging and adherence to brand standards

Oversee development of communication materials, campaigns, and media engagement
Advocacy and Ecosystem Engagement

Coordinate advocacy initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s priority sectors

Represent the Foundation in sector networks and multi-stakeholder platforms

Ensure documentation and communication of advocacy outcomes
CSR Engagement and Stakeholder Coordination

Oversee CSR engagement initiatives with business units, volunteers, and partners

Support stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking systems

Ensure CSR activities align with the Foundation’s institutional strategy
Partnership Development and Resource Mobilization

Support development of partnerships and co-financing opportunities

Conduct landscape scanning and exploratory engagements with potential partners

Oversee preparation of partnership materials and impact documentation
Team Leadership and Coordination

Supervise program officers handling communications, advocacy, and CSR portfolios

Ensure coordination and alignment across CCE initiatives
-
Consolidate updates and reports for leadership
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Development Communication, Public Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field

5–10 years of relevant experience in communications, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, CSR, or related fields

Strong experience in strategic communications, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement

Proven project management and leadership skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of CSR, sustainability, and multi-sector collaboration
