Title: Product Owner
The Product Owner will drive the continued evolution of EMEAA’s IT and digital products by executing change management associated with these innovations. This role requires a strong background in IT, digital product management, and change management within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develops and executes the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Defines the product vision, setting goals, and prioritizing features based on market research and stakeholder input
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Oversees the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, ensuring that digital products meet customer needs at every stage.
- Gathers and analyzes customer feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
Product Development:
- Manages the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Works closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards
Minimum Viable Product (MVP):
- Lead the development of MVPs to quickly validate product ideas and gather user feedback.
- Defines the core features necessary to meet initial user needs and iterating based on feedback.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to gather requirements, prioritize features.
- Ensures successful product launches thru effective communication and alignment with stakeholders.
Change Management:
- Drives people change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new digital products and processes.
- Develops and implements training programs and communication plans to support change.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitors product performance using key metrics and analytics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Tracks user engagement, satisfaction, and other relevant KPIs.
Innovation:
- Stays abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Explores and studies new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
Job Qualifications:

Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or any business-related course.

At least 6 years experience in project, portfolio, and product management; at least 3 years of which in handling digital and/or IT initiatives.

Familiarity with any project management tools (e.g., Asana).

Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
