Title:  Product Manager (POS)

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering in-store digital solutions that address business, operational, and customer needs. Key focus areas include POS (Point of Sale), BOH (Back-of-House systems such as inventory, forecasting, labor, and scheduling), SOK (Self-Ordering Kiosks), DMB (Digital Menu Boards), and other related technologies. This role manages the full product lifecycle, ensures alignment with business objectives, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for global in-store systems, including POS, BOH, SOK, DMB, and emerging digital technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Partner with senior executives, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress effectively.

• Collaborate with regional RS and BT teams to conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis, leveraging insights to drive product decisions and innovation.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch by defining clear requirements and user stories and working closely with supplier teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Establish objectives and key success metrics to measure product performance and use data-driven insights and user feedback to continuously improve solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of product features by managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and coordinating with project managers on milestones and deliverables.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders through effective communication of product status, risks, and key developments.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis, with direct experience in digital solutions within the restaurant or retail industry.

• Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle and delivering innovative solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams while balancing technical and business requirements.

• Experience managing global product rollouts and coordinating across multiple regions.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and in-store technologies (e.g., POS and BOH systems) is preferred.

• Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification is an advantage.

• Fluency in English and Chinese is an advantage.

• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
