Title: Procurement Manager (Delivery Services)
We’re looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager (Delivery Services) to lead key sourcing categories and drive value creation through smart procurement strategies and strong supplier partnerships. This role oversees the full procurement lifecycle—from strategy development to supplier management—ensuring reliable supply, cost efficiency, and long-term sustainability. You’ll work closely with internal teams and top-tier suppliers to secure competitive advantages for JFC.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply & Risk Strategy
- Monitor market trends and supply-demand dynamics to anticipate risks and recommend proactive solutions.
- Ensure consistent supply capacity by partnering with Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors.
- Conduct supplier assessments and site visits to validate capabilities and support strategic growth.
Supplier Lifecycle Management
- Manage supplier relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
- Track performance metrics, resolve issues, and collaborate with vendors to meet evolving category needs.
Cost Optimization
- Lead cost benchmarking and analysis to identify savings opportunities.
- Apply negotiation strategies and market intelligence to maximize procurement value across categories.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Handle complex procurement requests and provide strategic responses to internal stakeholders.
- Gather feedback and recommend process improvements to align procurement with business goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in procurement, ideally with experience in Delivery Services Category.
- Strong expertise in supply and supplier management, cost control, negotiation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
