Title: Procurement Finance Specialist
The role of the Global Procurement Finance Specialist is to support the Global Procurement Finance Sr. Manager in providing financial and analytical expertise to the Global Procurement team supporting business decisions for enterprise spend globally. The role will play a critical role in supporting the finance partnering with the Procurement leadership team (PLT), Corporate Supply Chain (CSC), and the business unit stakeholders. This provides exposure to the total value chain across direct and indirect spend pools and has broad exposure across senior procurement, supply chain, business group, and finance leadership teams.
- Analyze procurement spend and market trends to prepare category-level cost reports, model potential P&L impacts, and support supplier negotiations, RFPs, and make-vs-buy decisions.
- Support financial planning by building cost models for new product launches and LTOs, and collaborating with Franchise Operations to ensure transparency in supply pricing and the financial impact of supply chain changes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses to monitor PPV, cost savings, vendor compliance, and procurement performance against budget, while generating SKU-level profitability insights to guide pricing and product mix decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, R&D, Supply Chain, FP&A, and PCM teams to provide timely financial input during sourcing events, align procurement forecasts with broader financial plans, and support executive and franchisee communications through materials prepared for the Director of Procurement Finance.
- Support data integration and automation across ERP, procurement platforms, and BI tools to streamline cost tracking and reporting while maintaining clean, auditable financial records for procurement activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and other similar or related courses.
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in procurement, category management, financial planning & analysis, and/or financial business partnering.
- Strong understanding of current commodity market trends and their impact on pricing dynamics.
- General understanding of pricing mechanisms, including economic principles and market factors that influence cost structures.
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various functions.
- Relevant experience in commodity management and procurement functions, including sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier coordination.
- Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
