Process Improvement Specialist
The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of restaurant systems, standards, and operational processes that drive store efficiency, product quality, and operational excellence. The role conducts research, data analysis, process testing, and documentation to support effective kitchen and product systems across store operations.
The position contributes to the timely implementation of new and revised systems, minimizes operational issues, supports adherence to operating budgets, and helps drive programs that improve business performance and store GSC through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Systems and Process Development

Support the development and improvement of kitchen systems, product procedures, operational standards, and restaurant processes.

Assist in evaluating restaurant supplies, equipment, tools, and operating procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.

Conduct testing and validation of new or revised kitchen and product systems to ensure successful implementation.
Documentation and Training Support

Prepare and update operational manuals, guides, and process documentation.

Partner with Training teams to support the rollout of new systems, procedures, and operational standards.
Store Implementation and Analysis

Conduct store visits to monitor implementation, validate process effectiveness, and assess operational impact.

Perform research on workflows, production layouts, and workstation efficiency.

Analyze operational data, including product performance, production utilization, and sales trends, to support data-driven decision-making.
Product and Business Support

Support programs and initiatives that improve product performance and drive store GSC.

Monitor key operational and business indicators to measure the effectiveness of programs and process improvements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance operational efficiency and business results.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in restaurant operations, food manufacturing, process improvement, or systems development is an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and communication skills.

Willing to conduct fieldwork and visit stores as needed.

Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
