Title:  Process Improvement Officer

The Process Improvement Officer provides technical expertise in ensuring the effectiveness of product-related systems through proper management of initiatives on food safety, systems standardization, business process improvements, store management systems, labor productivity, capacity planning, store layout improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and crafts project proposals  to ensure accuracy of information, financial feasibility, capacity fit and alignment to the organization’s business directions.
  • Has knowledge and experience in project management to handle different projects related to production systems. 
  • Develops, implements and monitors effective production planning and inventory control tools that will optimize use of raw materials, store equipment, facilities and other resources of the stores.
  • Implements process improvement initiatives and innovation to ensure optimum process flow, kitchen organization and manpower .
  • Designs, reviews and recommends efficient and effective food safety systems for continuous adherence and compliance of stores
  • Provides and updates reference materials as necessary and leads in the deployment to all stores and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications 

  • Graduate of a degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in food production, food safety, or industrial engineering (preferably in a retail or food manufacturing setup).
  • Strong background in Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement, and Implementation. 
  • Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams. 
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
