Title:  Process Improvement Officer (Business Channels)

Long Description

The Process Improvement Officer will be responsible for the following:

  • Develops and operationalizes restaurant systems (ROS and ARS) for off-premises channels that are aimed to enhance the overall customer experience with the brand.
  • Provides recommendations on ROS and ARS enhancements and identifies priority areas to develop more efficient restaurant systems.
  • Orchestrates the various resources needed to solve restaurant systems problems in the most efficient and timely manner, optimizing the appropriate communication channels for long-term resolution.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimal 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knows how to use any simulation tools (anylogic, promodel, flexcim, mathlab).
  • Strong background in Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement, and Implementation.
  • Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams.
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
