Title: Process Improvement Officer (Kitchen Systems)
The Process Improvement Officer (Kitchen Systems) is responsible for the evaluation, development of systems and to operationalize business requirements using engineering analytics and strategies. Position also aids in programming new product/s to store production systems using data management platforms/programs.
Responsible for co-ideating systems and processes that will contribute to operational efficiency without compromising speed and quality of store operations.
Explores breakthrough, innovation and new systems for operations and support groups.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering.
- Atleast 3-5 years of experienced in application of Engineering knowledge, principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment that can be used to design processes or systems.
- Can execute expectations within target timeline & can work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced skill in Excel – Functions, Formulas.
- Advantage if with experience in any food service industry.
- Skills and Essential Traits: Problem Solving, Strategic Thinking, Analytical, Communication and Business Acumen.
- Can communicate using any virtual meeting platform/applications (Zoom, Viber, Messenger, MS Teams)
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
