Title:  Process Improvement Manager

Position Summary

The Process Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the incubation process of foreign franchised brands by facilitating seamless technology and process transfers while establishing systems and processes compliant with Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) standards. This pivotal role involves the lift and shift or development (as needed) of Back of House and Front of House Restaurant Operating Systems (ROS) for the new brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the incubation process of foreign franchised brands, ensuring seamless technology and process transfers.
  • Establish systems and processes compliant with JFC standards for the new brands, including Back of House and Front of House ROS.
  • Make the new brands profitable and scalable, preparing them for sustainable and rapid business expansion in the Philippines.
  • Localize sourcing of Equipment, Kitchen and Dine-in SS Workstations, and T&Us/Wares to reduce CAPEX/OPEX while meeting JFC and foreign brand standards.
  • Leverage existing JFC standard items and adapt as necessary to meet the requirements of the new brands.
  • Play a crucial role in establishing necessary store processes, including channels management.
  • Own the innovation agenda for the specified areas and support existing Foreign Franchised Brands (FFB), ensuring synergy and collaboration with other JFC RS.
  • Play a significant role in setting up the first few stores of the new brand, championing kitchen (non-prod and prod) and counter layout, including set up syslist and conslist with Operations and various JFC Corp support groups.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any engineering course.
  • Minimum of 8 years of work experience in food service operations, specifically in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in people management or project management roles.
  • Preferably holds certifications in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ISO standards.
  • Preferably with prior experience in franchising and brand development
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
