Title:  Process Improvement  Manager (EMEAA)

This Process Improvement  Manager (EMEAA) is responsible for the integration and/or development of required processes that deliver effective systems in store management. He/She provides innovative solutions by adapting new and better technology to achieve higher levels of systems excellence, store efficiency, and new store models.

The role is expected to conduct checking and aligning of all Restaurant Systems projects/initiatives with the business results of EMEAA market/s. This role also requires strong partnership with cross-functional groups, strong communication, and influencing skills to drive and complete projects and deliver the objectives.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvements / Innovations

  • Leads in developing continuous improvement programs of store service systems, kitchen equipment, and facilities.

  • Evaluates technology solutions that bring significant and cost-effective process improvements.

  • Effectively manages key projects from exploration to post-evaluation, ensuring effective communication and integration.

  • Reviews and endorses project proposals for final approval to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.

  • Plans and develops short-term and long-term programs to improve store processes.

  • Integrates and endorses recommended improvements in standards, policies, and guidelines affecting overall speed and quality of service.

Restaurant Model Development

  • Leads in developing restaurant models for existing and new markets.

  • Integrates country-specific requirements into Jollibee restaurant standards.

  • Develops capacity plans for restaurant equipment, workstations, counter and dining areas, kitchen systems, and manpower.

  • Iterates and recommends the most feasible restaurant model for the country.

  • Coordinates with other Restaurant Systems departments and external partners to deliver new restaurant models.

  • Facilitates stakeholder training for new restaurant models before launch.

  • Measures success criteria through appropriate metrics and develops action plans.

Business Channels Process Development

  • Develops systems and processes for new business channels required by the country/market.

  • Integrates Jollibee process and service standards into new business channels.

  • Evaluates impact on current restaurant capacity and develops action plans.

  • Facilitates stakeholder training for new business channels before launch.

  • Measures success criteria through appropriate metrics and develops action plans.

Program Development and Management

  • Leads the development of programs related to productivity, efficiency, and gold standard consistency.

  • Coordinates with support groups and business partners to evaluate current state and develop action plans.

  • Leads cross-functional teams in implementing plans to drive business results.

  • Measures program success using relevant metrics and develops action plans.

Account Management

  • Manages specific market requirements and ensures service-level agreements (SLA) are met.

  • Facilitates feedback culture among markets and cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborates with Jollibee Philippines and other RS groups to source and evaluate solutions.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; post-graduate degree preferred in Engineering or Business Management.

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in food service operations, QSR.

  • At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

  • Knowledgeable in food service operations with managerial experience.

  • Expertise in:

    • Project management

    • Layout and facilities design

    • Production and service process design

    • Food safety and store capacity analysis

    • Process engineering techniques (MTS, ABC, Simulation, Needs Analysis)

  • Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Set-up)
