Title:  Organizational Development Officer

 

 

The Organizational Development Officer is responsible for supporting the Culture & Strategy Management Unit through its contribution to the development, alignment, and implementation of tools, programs, and processes that impact overall organizational culture, communication strategy, and business strategy.

 

  • Organizational Design & Job Management
    • Design and implement scalable organizational structures that support business growth and agility.
    • Develop and maintain job architecture frameworks, including job families, levels, and competency models.
    • Partner with HR and business units to ensure role clarity, workforce planning, and talent alignment.
  • Strategy Alignment & Deployment
    • Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans across departments and teams.
    • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment through cascading goals and KPIs.
    • Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and provide insights for course correction.
  • Business Process Optimization
    • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead cross-functional process improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
    • Implement systems and tools that enhance operational performance and decision-making.
  • Change Management
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
    • Engage stakeholders through communication plans, training, and feedback loops.
    • Measure adoption and impact of change initiatives, adjusting approaches as needed.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
  • With at least four (4) years in Human Resources handling organizational development/effectiveness functions.
  • Must have experience in performing organizational design, organizational review, and change management.
  • Must be willing to conduct offsite field work as required.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas Pasig.
