Title:  Officer

The Process Improvement Officer is responsible for the development of products, process innovations, strategic projects, and research and development activities consistent with business objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, product launches, cost optimization initiatives, continuous quality improvement, and commercialization of new or re-engineered products and processes to ensure taste superiority and high product acceptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing the Technology & Innovation Section.
  • Contributes to the formulation of directions and strategies for the Technology & Innovation Section.
  • Conducts translation of product concepts into product profiles.
  • Handles commercial manufacturing of new and re-engineered products.
  • Ensures product and process standardization in commissaries and outside suppliers.
  • Facilitates product technology transfer to third-party (toll) manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Documents product and raw material standards and alternatives.
  • Establishes store product standards and develops or updates store process guidelines; maintains the accuracy of all menu lists.
  • Ensures complete documentation and proper upkeep of all product formulations, manufacturing processes, raw material specifications, and other manufacturing documents.
  • Handles special projects on product and process innovation.

Job Qualifications 

  • Graduate of a degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. 
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in food production, food safety, or industrial engineering (preferably in a retail or food manufacturing setup).
  • Strong background in Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement, and Implementation. 
  • Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams. 
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
