Title:  Management Information Systems Officer

The Management Information Systems Officer provides technical leadership to ensure the effectiveness of restaurant systems through proper management of unit initiatives related to systems standardization, business process improvements, store management systems, labor productivity, capacity planning, and store layout improvements.

Design and Implementation of Management Systems

Designs and implements effective management systems that result in a high level of management team efficiency and positively impact the team’s KRAs.

Process Formulation and Compliance

Formulates management processes in accordance with policies in partnership with other support groups and ensures consistent compliance.

Project Management

Effectively manages key projects by applying project management principles from discovery to deployment.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Drives continuous improvement of store management systems and processes to optimize resources, minimize expenses, and maximize profitability.

Process Improvement

  • Analyzes the efficiency of various process improvement projects to increase management efficiency.
  • Coordinates and monitors pilot tests for new processes.
  • Conducts and analyzes post-implementation evaluations.
  • Effectively communicates process changes and improvements to all stakeholders.

Technological Innovation

  • Evaluates new technological developments to simplify systems and processes.
  • Recommends system-wide implementations as appropriate.
  • Coordinates and monitors pilot tests.
  • Conducts post-implementation evaluations.

Information Systems

  • Designs systems to support store operations through data and tools.
  • Develops basic tools to improve store employee (manager and crew) productivity.
  • Analyzes new concepts to enhance store efficiency via technology applications.
  • Ensures seamless integration across affected store systems.

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Systems Development.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience. 
  • Strong background in Business Process Mapping, Analysis, Improvement, and Implementation. 
  • Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams. 
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
