Title: Learning and Development Officer
The Learning & Development Officer plays a key role in strengthening the capability and readiness of assigned business units by executing targeted learning programs and initiatives. The role supports the organization’s succession pipeline by ensuring that learning objectives are met according to plan and within the approved budget. This position also manages and enhances learning technologies, oversees the administration of digital learning platforms, and provides technical assistance to learners and facilitators to ensure an engaging and seamless learning experience.
- Identifies the learning needs of assigned units based on organizational goals and workforce capability requirements.
- Conducts Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and coordinates results with Regional L&D.
- Prepares annual learning plans, training calendars, and budgets for review and approval.
- Customizes learning plans to address individual development needs in partnership with HR and based on Global/Regional L&D curricula.
- Designs learning interventions aligned with JFC’s global L&D policies, standards, and methodologies.
- Coordinates with Global L&D and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs.
- Works with JWS Learning Services to manage logistics, classroom/virtual training administration, and facilitator standards.
- Creates a positive, learner‑centered environment that reflects JFC’s learning brand and values.
- Oversees the evaluation of learning programs and partners with Learning Services for assessment activities.
- Analyzes evaluation results to recommend improvements and innovations in learning interventions.
Job Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Must have at least three (3) years of work experience, including curriculum design and delivery.

Possesses strong proficiency in learning management systems and modern learning technologies, including AI‑powered L&D tools.
- Expertise in instructional design and evaluation of learning programs.
- Proficiency in digital training platforms and multimedia tools.
- Willing to be assigned to a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
